steamed trout


Bahan-bahan
1/2 ekor ikan trout (ikan lain pun boleh so pandai2lah pilih)
2 ulas bawang putih (chopped)
1 biji bawang besar (dihiris)
1 inci halia (dihiris)
2 batang spring onion (dihiris)
2 batang cellery (cubed)
1 batang carrot (dipotong)
semangkuk fresh mushroom (dihiris)
1 mangkuk air
sedikit minyak utk menumis
sedikit garam, white peper & black peper

Cara-cara:-
Panaskan minyak dan tumis bawang putih & bawang besar sampai layu, kemudian masukkan halia & air. Masukkan batang cellery, carrot, garam, white & black peper. Biarkan mendidih kemudian tutup api & masukkan spring onion. Susun carrot & mushroom ke dalam tray untuk mengukus. Kemudian letakkan ikan di atas sayuran tadi kemudian tuang kuah yang mendidih tadi ke atas ikan. Kemudian kukus sehingga ikan masak. Selamat mencuba.

Bahan2:-
2 keping mackeral fillet (kalau guna ikan lain pun boleh mcm ikan kembung)
5 biji cili besar
2 mangkuk kelapa parut
5 ulas bawang merah
1 inci halia
garam & gula secukup rasa.

Cara2:-
Cili ditoreh panjang dan keluarkan biji dan isi dalam. Kemudian cuci & rendam ke dalam air kapur selama lebih kurang 30 minit utuk hilangkan pedas. Kemudian dibilas & toskan. Ikan dibuang kulit dan dihiris halus. Cuma gunakan isi ikan sahaja. Bawang merah & halia ditumbuk kemudian dimasukkan dalam food processor bersama isi ikan, kelapa parut, garam & gula. Press sehigga lumat sebati kemudian stuff inside cili. Kemudian susun di atas pengukus & kukus sehingga masak. Sesuai dimakan bersama nasi ulam atau nasi kerabu.

grilled chicken wing

carrot cake


Ingredients :-

500g grated carrot

A
350gm flour (shifted)
1 spoon baking powder (shifted)
150gm sugar
150gm brown sugar
1 spoon cinnamon powder
1 tsp salt

B
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla essence
250 ml vegetable oil

Frosting:-
200g cream cheese
3 spoon butter (room temperature & very soft)

1 spoon fresh milk
2 spoon icing sugar


Method :-
Mix into large bowl for the ingredients A. Add ingredients B inside the mixer and quickly whisk until the texture are smooth. Pour B mixtures into A bowl and add grated carrots. Stir well and ready to bake. Set the oven to 180 degree celsius.

Pour the mixture into the baking tin and bake for about 40 minutes. After roughly 35 minutes take a wooden skewer and insert it in the center of the cake. If it comes out dry, the cake is ready to be remove. Allow to cool before icing.


For frosting mixed all ingredients into mixer and whisk until smooth. Pour the frosting on top of the cake and it is very nice to decorate with walnuts. Ready to serve.

grilled trout


Bahan2:-
6 keping ikan trout (salmon pun boleh)
setengah mangkuk dill (dihiris)
sedikit garam & black peper
sedikit olive oil

Cara-
Ikan disapu dengan olive oil. Kemudian taburkan garam, black peper & dill. Gaul & biarkan seketika. Untuk memberi lebih rasa boleh letakkan sayuran lebihan memasak seperti bawang, cili, mushroom, carrot & paprika semasa menggrill. Kemudian grill di atas arang atau masukkan dalam oven dan gunakan set untuk grill. Tips jangan masak direct to fire sebab nanti ikan akan kering dan jusnya akan hilang. Gunakan dulang membakar seperti dari aluminium foil. Lepas lima minit balikkan ikan. & curah jusnya ke atas ikan. Ulang sehingga ikan masak.

mee goreng

fresh noodles


Ingredients : -

4 cups plain flour

1 cup water 1 egg

1 tablespoon ash water (or edible lime water)

ew drops of yellow coloring

Method :

1. Mix above ingredients into a mixing bowl. Knead for about 10 minutes. Dough should not be too soft.

2. Let dough rest for 1 hour.

3. Make into small balls. Roll flat and coat with flour.

4. Put into the pasta machine, the smooth part. Repeat trice.

5. Coat the thin piece into enough flour and put through the noodle cutter on the pasta machine.

6. Mix water with some salt and oil and bring to boil. Pour the noodles into the boiling water for about 5 minutes. Keep stirring to avoid noodles from sticking to each other.

7. Pour noodles into a strainer and wash with running tap water.

8. When cold, rub noodles with oil.

9. Ready to use.

apam balik (resepi pn eyzlyn)



bahan-bahan:
2 cawan tepung gandum
1 1/2 cawan air
1 cawan gula
1/2 1sp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 biji telur
pewarna kuning jika suka

inti:
kacang goreng
jagung krim
gula


cara penyediaan:

mix together, biarkan semalam ( kalau nak makan breakfast). kalau nak makan sebelah petang, tepung boleh dibancuh pada sebelah pagi

buat mcm pancake, inti taruk kacang goreng, gula dan jagung krim.
